At Smokemanz Grills, we didn't begin with large investors or an extravagant business plan. We began with fire, spice, and an intense love for the kind of food that unites people: juicy shawarma wraps, grilled fish that comes off the bone, crispy chicken on the outside, and suya on a skewer. Making things more difficult is not our goal. We're here to do what we do best, which is grill cuisine that will make you say, "Damn, that's good," while closing your eyes.
